• As a part of restructuring the IT operations of a US –based, nationwide printing company, we created and executed a strategic plan for the technology function. The plan resulted in significant revenue increase and expanded the business internationally.
• We designed an automated user management system for a large, commercial scale eCommerce web site. Due to its flexibility the system was later quickly deployed to multiple locations worldwide resulting in extensive cost savings.
• We were in charge of performing a security analysis of server operating systems’ reliability for a global, multidisciplinary professional services organization. A worldwide project was later launched to implement the recommendation.
